Château Tour de Bonnet Red 2017

Château Tour de Bonnet | Red

AOC Bordeaux

Présentation

Château Tour de Bonnet exists in white, rosé and red versions. This wine was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the construction of a belvedere by André Lurton's grandfather, Léonce Récapet. The deep red colour is extremely attractive and the smooth, delicious and very soft tannin provides backbone to the long, elegant and fruity aftertaste.

Truly representative of a great Bordeaux: the complex, open bouquet combining blackcurrant, cherry and liquorice aromas follows through into an incredibly fresh, velvety palate enhanced by smooth tannin. A very tempting wine. Best enjoyed between 2019 and 2024.

Château Bonnet

Château Bonnet

The cradle of Vignobles André Lurton, Château Bonnet is first and foremost a family home where tradition and ecological commitment come together in harmony. Nestled in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, the estate promotes biodiversity with beehives, a henhouse, flowering fallows and orchards, while adopting biocontrol viticultural practices for some of its plots. Its fresh, expressive dry white wines reveal delicate notes of citrus and exotic fruit, perfect for accompanying seafood and oysters from the Bay of Arcachon. Its well-balanced red wines, with supple tannins, express all the richness and deliciousness of the fruit.
