Vines have been grown on Château de Quantin's gravelly rises since the 17th century. These produce delicious, fruity, dry white wines with great aromatic expression. This fresh, crisp Pessac-Léognan can also be enjoyed young.

2019 was marked by a fairly mild winter, resulting in early bud break. Spring rainfall was scarce and drought conditions set in in early summer. Rainfall in August provided a welcome relief for winegrowers.

Dégustation
Pale yellow colour, with some golden reflections.
Very Sauvignon, the nose is expressive without being aggressive, with a pleasant mix of white fruit notes (peach, nectarine), citrus, enhanced by a hint of smoke.
Plenty of freshness on the palate, generous with good fat. Delicious aromas of white fruit (nectarine) and citrus fruit (grapefruit). Well integrated oak. Fresh on the finish, enhanced by a hint of salinity.

Vinification
After settling, part in barrels and part in stainless-steel temperature-controlled tanks.

Part in barrels, remainder in tanks on lees.
